Stayed at Compton House for two nights whilst attending a wedding near to Ashbourne. The guesthouse is in a centrallocation near to shops and restaurants yet it felt very quiet. My room was lovely and warm and very comfortable. Jane (owner) was friendly and helpful. I felt this accommodation was good value and it was great to have private parking available too.- T
We stayed for 2 nights, the owner was lovely, room old fashioned but really comfortable and clean. Breakfast very nice and a good selection offered. - Andrew Mehew
Compton House is a great location close to shops and restaurants and the bus station and the sports centre and beginning of the Tissington Trail. The owners are friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was good. - David D
